Terms of Service

Version 2026-09-24. Effective 24 September 2026.

By creating an account or playing Regna you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Where the law sets a higher age for consent to data processing, you must meet it.

Play safely

• Regna uses your real location. Never play while driving, cycling, or crossing a road. Keep your eyes on your surroundings.
• Do not trespass, enter restricted or dangerous places, or put yourself or others at risk to reach a spot on the map.
• You are responsible for where you go and what you do while playing.

Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• One person, one account. Do not sell, trade or share accounts.
• Pick a username that is not offensive, does not impersonate anyone, and does not contain personal information.

Fair play and conduct

Do not:

• fake or spoof your GPS location, or use bots, scripts, or other tools to gain an edge;
• exploit bugs, or attack, overload or probe the game or its servers;
• harass, threaten, spam or scam other players, including through private messages;
• place your Home, your Castle or any other building at a private home address, yours or anyone else's. Buildings and their locations are visible to other players, so pick a public place such as a park or a shop instead;
• share content that is illegal, hateful or sexually explicit.

Report a bug rather than using it. You can block players who message you from the mailbox.

Game items have no real-world value

Gold, resources, buildings, units, titles and everything else in Regna exist only inside the game. They are not property, cannot be exchanged for money, and can be changed, reset or removed by us, including for balance, bug fixes and security. If paid features are added, we will say so and set out their terms before you pay.

Our rights

We may warn, limit, suspend or delete accounts that break these terms or harm other players, with or without notice. We may change, pause or end the game or any feature at any time. You can delete your own account whenever you like from the account window. Deleting deactivates it: you can no longer sign in, your buildings and units are removed from the map, and the privacy policy explains what we keep.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you write, such as your username, names and messages. You give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the game.

Service and liability

• The game is provided as is, without promises that it will always be available, accurate or free of errors. Map data and locations can be wrong.
• To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage that comes from playing, including from accidents while playing or lost game progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version and date above show the current one. If a change matters, we will ask you to accept it again. Using the game after that means you accept it.
